How do we take care of ourselves when the world is on fire? Well, the first step is not to go it alone
Using an eclectic balance of relational, dialectical, trauma informed, and cognitive therapies with motivational interviewing and change support, my goal is to create a brave and accountable space for you to explore what supportive, understanding, boundaried relationships might look like through an array of skills and strategies.
My approach is intersectional, politically informed, and social justice oriented.
I don’t shy away from discussing world/political events, institutional violence, racism, xenophobia, homophobia/transphobia, and other forms of violence and oppression that might be impacting your ability to cope.
Whether this is your first time sharing your story with someone, or the tenth, you have my full attention.
Let’s connect for a consultation and see if we’re a fit.
